First of all I didn't have to ask any of 'those' questions. It was very informal. There were 20 or more that applied for the job, but they are only interviewing 4-5 out of the 20.
My overall impression is that they are going to say I am overqualified. In my current position I do support work (copying, expense reports, travel arrangements, etc) plus project work (budgets, tracking reports). This job is only a support job, but at my current level. One of the reasons I need to leave this position is that if I don't do higher level project work, then they are going to take my job down a level. The higher level project work is work I told them when taking my current role that I would not do. I know things change, but I also think they should take into consideration the agreement that was made upon me taking my position. In essence I could do less thinking and still make the same money
