Job Interview Tomorrow...Update again

In my current position at my company I am very unhappy, mostly with the Senior Manager of my group. I have decided to look for another job within the company. I have a job interview tomorrow morning and am a bit nervous. Luckily I will be busy tonight with vacation Bible school. I just hope the questions that ask are easy and not something that I feel doesn't even apply to the job I am applying for. When I started here the questions went something like this....Tell me of a time when you used a creative solution to a problem. This is difficult to think of off the top of my head.....especially since I don't see myself as a creative solution person. All my solutions seem common knowledge. Another question was Tell me of a time when you collected data/information and used that information to come to an important business decision. Luckily I had just finished a Educational Research class and could use my project as a discussion point. I could really use prayers that if this is where God plans for me to be that I will recognize His strength and lean upon it tomorrow.

Have faith in yourself, project all the confidence you can muster, and just do the best you can at the interview. Think of yourself as going in to interview the boss to decide whether or not you want to work for him.

I hope all goes well for you in the interview. I hate those types of questions too. I always wonder if they really give the interviewer a better idea of the canadates ablities or if it's some kind of joke to see how outlandish a question they can ask with a straight face.

Thanks for all the support. I will let you know how 'I think' the interview went once it is over.
