what a great idea!!!
i went to joanne's sunday morning with coupon in hand and wanted to buy the zooballoo cartridge. so i did the whole argument about whether or not i could use the coupon or not, ok got over that, she rings it up. then she tells me she has to go in the back to get it. ok. i'll wait. and i'll wait. and i'll wait some more. after 20 minutes, no kidding, she every so slowly walks back behind the register and tells me there are none of that one in the back! then tells me they will have to refund it and i'll have to wait until it comes in. so i ask if they will honor the coupon when it finally does come in. her reply is " ah nnnoooo". ok by now, i've had it. every time i go there its a problem. so i ask to speak to the manager to see if she will honor the coupon, or can i special order it and pay for it today with the coupon. the manager tells her over the ear piece that they wear, that no they will not. so i ask if she can come to the desk and at least talk to me! so she comes over, all grumpy and such, i explain the situation, and reluctantly, she agrees to let me order it with the coupon. REALLY. they need a lesson in customer service.
