Hi friends,

I had the opportunity to ride Jingle Cruise twice yesterday. It was opening day, so it may take a little while for the skippers to really get in the groove with all of the new jokes, but I will say that this year's version is significantly better than last years!

Last year there were a few new jokes here and there with a few decorations in the queue. Well, this year they have gone ALL OUT! This year's holiday overlay is on a much more similar scope to the HMH and IASWH redecorations. It's a completely different attraction with a brand-new storyline, so if you have the chance this Holiday season, go check it out! :thumbsup2

This makes me so excited for our trip next month!

we went on it yesterday too. It was great! Our skipper had the jokes all sorted - so funny!

I had the good fortune to ride JC with DLR29 Thursday evening and then again during the day Friday. Yes, Jingle Cruise is a hoot with the new gags and jokes. I just got home last night and am working today on a DIS blog of Jingle Cruise with lots of photos. Hopefully it will be posted early this coming week.

Hey Hydro. We were in the park, riding Jingle, on Thurs night too. Next time you are in the park, I think you should set up a HydroGuy meet-n-greet for Dis'ers. I'm only half kidding here!

Hope you had as awesome a day as we did!

Thanks for posting this! I am so glad to read this. We are going in two weeks. Rode the Jingle Cruise last year and thought it was pretty blah, we planned on skipping it this year but we won't now!

We just rode it tonight -- definitely ride at night if at all possible, because they use a lot of Christmas lights. We hit it right after the fireworks (which were 9:30 tonight) and only waited about 15 minutes.

I agree that it is MUCH better than last year. Last year we were really disappointed with it.

Thank you all for the updates! DH and I thought last year's Jingle Cruise was really 'meh'. Saw bits of the attached video - wow!!! Huge improvement!!
