I was at walmart two weeks ago when the associate in the toy dept asked if I needed help, I was only looking when he then said do you need this? And pointed to the camper.....he said they were selling like hotcakes! Thankfully my DD's have no idea about that.....

I was able to pick up the 3 of the new ones today at TRU, Jilly was sold out. I got there about 9 a.m. They had a few of each hamster left along with some of the larger accessories. Even one of the Deluxe sets for $149!

try the store also. we were there earlier today buying some gifts and they had loads of these things.. Mine know more about them than I do, so Im not sure but it looked like they had lots of colors.. dd got the pink and white one called Jilly with her money and ds picked one out also. I was surprised they even had them since from all that I read from this board is they are hard to find. This is the 1st I have seen these toys to tell you the truth.

Yes -- they are cute w/o the accessories -- but I have heard that you should have at least two hamsters as they will interact with each other.

I just ordered the 4 new hamsters (including Jilly)! Thanks for the heads up!
