I have the book, been skimming it and reading some parts, and commited to the program with a start date of May 12 (with a co-worker)

Anyone here following the 30 day program? or have the book and need a place to be accountable and groan about the riduculously hard circuit routines :rolleyes:

JOIN ME PLEASE!!!
 
Is it a complete program - like diet, exercise, etc. or just exercise?

I am looking for something to snap me out of my doldrums so to speak.
 
Well, I must say.... I bought the book and was excited about it. But when I got to the fitness test (maybe Chapter 1) and it said NO GIRLIE PUSH-UPS, I pretty much gave up right then. I can do just a few regular push-ups (which is a HUGE improvement for me) but that is it. I did try the wall-sits that she talks about and got to 90 seconds.

I did thumb through the remainder of the book, but I thought that the food plan was too regimented for my lifestyle, so I returned the book. Good luck with it though.... It seems tough!..................P
 
Jimmduck -- it's food and exercise -- pretty intense but I would think one could modify if needed.
 

I got the book for Christmas. I read it for inspiration rather than for a 30-day program, because I have more than 20 pounds to lose.
