Has anyone done this or been doing this? I bought the dvd last week. I figured, 20 min a day, I have time for that, how hard can it be? OMG I was dying the first day! My legs hurt to sit or do stairs. But, I kept up level 1 for a week, and yesterday started level 2. Again, OMG!! The cardio for level 2 is killing me. I can't even imagine what level 3 is like. Anyway, I just wanted to see if anyone has done this and what kind of results you got. Did you end up losing any weight after the 30 days, or just being more toned or anything? Also, tell me how bad level 3 is!

Congrats on making it to week two!! :thumbsup2 I usually quit about day five but I have heard good and bad things about it so I'm interested to see what people say!

Yes I love it. But find I am just not cordinated enough to do some of the level 2 moves...so I stuck with level 1.

I plan on getting back to it this week, hopefully today. I have two other of her video. I think one is Banish Fat Fast and the other one is No More Trouble Spots...they are both closer to an hour long and work in both cardio & strength but not in the 3,2,1.

Yes I own this workout video and yes I love it. It does work if you stick with it. I am only on level 2 and I can see results in as little at one week along with watching what I eat. But then I get lazy and only do it every other day. I really need to get back to it. I have lost 10 lbs so far and I need to loose another 30. Keep with it. It is hard, but it gets easier the more you do it.

I love the 30 day shred...I only did it for about 14 days but I had minor surgery so had to take it easy so I didn't pop my stitches, so I quit after that. I'm starting up again after our vacation next week and I'm seeing it thru to the ene......after only 14 days I saw a difference. :)

Does it have tons of lunges? I bought the "No More Trouble Zones" and hurt my back with it. Not fun.

Man I am really out of shape.

I have it too, but had to stop since it was giving me trouble with my knee...too many lunge type moves:sad2:

This is so funny to see this thread. I just bought 30 day shred two weeks ago! It is killing me! I moved on to level 2 and am very scared to even look at level 3. I took three days off due to life issues, and went to start again and could not even through level 2 and am back to level one! I thought hum, 2o minutes, that's so easy but I find 'me' talking myself out of doing it!

I have not lost one pound which is another story because I have been been eating clean and working out for over two months now. I have lost inches and I am a different shape then I used to be. I plan on keeping the faith and hope one day the pounds start coming off again. I have lost a total of 35 pounds in the past 2 years. It has been a very slow process. And I know people say well, it took awhile to gain it and it takes awhile to lose it. I can gain all 35 pounds back in a week but to lose takes me years! :scared1:
