Jiko wine tasting?

Does anyone know if Jiko is still offering Wednesday afternoon wine tasting?

Yes. Just did it on Dec. 7 and I have friends who did it on Dec. 14.

How did you arrange for this? I sent am email in September for January availability and was told that they would inform me when new dates are established and I have not heard anything...

The DFB post dates back to when they were still handling reservations in-house. I did the wine tasting in Oct, and they mentioned that going forward it would be handled through the normal ADR system.

I haven't been able to find it online, but you can book it now through WDW-DINE. It might be grouped as a dining event since it's prepay, not CC hold. When I checked a few weeks ago, it was $31.25 pp.

I used the contact info on DFB to book my December reservation sometime in October. My friends used it also and I think some of them used it later than October. It wasn't a prepay, we paid for it at the event.

Granted, I hate dealing with WDW-DINE. So if I were signing up again I'd just call the number on DFB, leave a message and let them tell me I had to go through WDW-DINE.

I just left a message at the number given at the DFB. I will wait a day or 2 and then if I don't hear anything I will call WDW-DINE. I hate using that phone system, so hopefully they will email me at the address I left on the message.

I did receive an email from the folks at Jiko which read:
Good Afternoon -
Thank you for your interest in our Jiko Wine Tastings! Our booking process has changed and we have moved on to a pre-paid event which can be booked by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

I did just get off the phone with WDWDine. I had to select "O" for operator because the automated options they were giving me did not seem to fit for the wine tasting. Anyway, we did just prepay for $31.25 per person. They need 3 days notice if we need to cancel.
