Do they offer wine pairings like AP? If not, can anyone reccomend a good wine to go with the filet? Thanks!

The wine list has suggestions as to which appetizer/entree that they are best paired with.

Let's see, according to the December list, the filet mignon is best paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon. There are seven wines to choose from in that category.
