Jiko or Yachtsman

Help!!!! Which should I choose Jiko or Yachtsman? I have been reading such good reviews for both places. I will also be eating at Citricos, Cali Grill, Le Cellier and Ohana for dinner so I thought Jiko would fit in nicely but now I'm second and third guessing myself. I'm so

I love questions with no wrong answers. Both are excellent restaurants that consistently get high marks in the dining reviews here on the DIS.

If you're open to more adventurous menu options, then give Jiko a try since you are not likely to find anything similar in your home town. Yachtsman is a great steak house with good service, decor and wine list to accompany. Either one will be a wonderful night.

We are trying The Yachtsman on this trip (in a few days, as a matter of fact!) but we *love* Jiko. We will be going there after the Sunset Safari at AKL. That is a nice way to experience it. You eat dinner with the folks you went on the safari with. Nothing like making new friends at Disney!

I'm sure you can't go wrong either way. Be thankful you have a problem such as this.

I agree -- there's no wrong answer to this one. But personally, I'd go for Jiko.

Def Jiko...it is incredible...the Yachtsman is just eh ok.

If you already doing one steakhouse (Le Cellier), then I would try Jiko. (I'm not saying that Le Cellier is as good as Yachtsman, but they do have similar menus.) Jiko is truly a unique restaurant in what the foods they offer and the wine list (all South African wines, with many not available anywhere else in the US). It is well worth a try!
