Jiko - From the Cooking Place items

I'm looking at the menu from Jiko and have this question. Do the items listed beneath "From the Cooking Place" count as appetizers under the dining plan? Or do you get a selection from the Cooking Place and an appetizer? From the Cooking Place stuff looks like appetizers, but then there's another section called "Appetizers. Do I get one from each section or only one choice from either? Confused? I am!
