JFK hotels w/free parking?

I tried to a search, but it would not work on these boards. With the added security at airports, we are considering staying at hotel near JFK next weekend (19th) 8:40am flight, and us 1:45 away, and new recommended 3 hours before flight thing has us nervous.

I'm not sure about leaving our car there for a week, but would they allow this?
