We're supposed to leave for WDW this Friday. DH has an emergency meeting in IL, so he'll be flying from IL to MCO directly. The rest of us fly from JFK. I'm not happy about this...but.... oh well. (Try to picture my DH, in a full suit and tie, with brief case & laptop, showing up in AS very late at nite).

I called JetBlue to see if they would cancel his return flight. (Heard that some airline will cancel everything automatically if you dont' fly the first leg with them). Not only will they not do so, JBlue offers us credit if we cancel his outbound flight prior to Friday. The lady is extremely patient with me, and explain everything. She is very very 'disney'.

Just want to let everyone know. I haven't fly them yet, but so far, the impression I have is very good. In these days and age, JetBlue is a rare gem.

Word of mouth is important, isn't it?

I agree with your statement about Jet Blue. Even though I live in California, and they have no direct route to Orlando, My family does take them whenever visiting relatives in New York. The chairs are large, the service impeccable. Believe me, if it didn't take 10 hours to go from Long Beach Airport in California then to transfer in New Jersey, then transfer to MCO, I would take them every trip, but until they expand, I am stuck with the "major" carriers. The only airline that comes in a close second is Midwest Express, but they don't fly from here to Orlando either.
*sigh*

Have a great flight and a great trip.
