I'm a bit stumped..

I booked our trip to MCO for April and on my reservation it does not show which seats we are in. I remember choosing seats at the time of booking.

This is the basic rate, no checked bags, no "more room", etc.

Any thoughts?
 
Is this just in your reservation email or also on the jet blue website? If it's on the website I know you can manage your reservation and choose seats again.
 
I currently have 2 reservations with JB, one next month and another in October. For a few week period when I would go to the JB website it would not show my seats for the trip next month going down (it was showing an asterisk) but did show them coming back. I could also see them for my October trip. if I used the app it showed me my seats. I called and agent said I had my seats and was unsure why I could not see them. Also on the website I could not access next months flights to change the reservation, change seats etc., but I could access the Oct flight. Just in the last week it now allows me to do those things and is showing my seat assignment.

Give them a call to be safe but I would guess it's just a fluke.
