Everyone here has been raving about JetBlue's service. So much so, that I jumped the gun and went ahead and purchased our tickets for December from them about 6 weeks ago. Besides getting so many great recommendations here, I found their flight times were absolutely perfect for our plans. Well low and behold, as usual, what appears too good to be true in fact is, (or should I say was...??). Now they have cancelled and/or changed flight times on me for BOS to MCO AND MCO to BOS, both! Of course the tickets are "non-refundable." However, these significant time changes, for us, pose a huge problem. What, if any, accomodations should I hope for when I call their customer service department?
