We've been flying a lot over the past few years but have yet to fly with JetBlue (at least that we can remember, lol!). I am still looking at purchasing tix with them and wondered what previous JB fliers liked/disliked about the airline.

I've heard there is more legroom, TVs in the seatbacks, anything else we should consider???

We've been flying mostly AirTran and sometimes paying the $35 pp to upgrade to business class--are JB's regular seats closer to what we'd get in AT's buz class? Other airlines we've been using are SWA (out of BUF), Delta, USAirways, etc.... Another that we're considering is Independence but have never flown them before.

Our proposed flights dates are: Thurs 1/5/06, returning Fri 1/13/06, ROC to MCO. I had been hoping for an early AT NS flight but that is not happening, so we may choose a real early morning flight with 1 connection if it means getting to MCO before noon.

Any help or advice is appreciated! :)

We have flown jet blue out of Boston 3 times in the last year or so. Our daughter says she will only fly Jet Blue now because of the T.V.'s ( we used to fly Southwest ).
Yes there is more leg room from rows 10 ( i think ) back, If you opt for the first 10 rows you do not have the extra 3" but you are first to get of the plane and for me I will loose the extra 3" just to get off sooner and be on my way to see :earsboy:
The main reason I like Jet Blue is the assigned seats, I HATE doing the whole cattle call thing on Southwest, BUT if the price was right I would do it again ;)
I am sure you will have no problem.

I LOVE Jetblue :flower: I always fly Jetblue, and quite honestly don't know if I could fly any other airline! I like the tv's, those are a definite plus! The flight attendants are very nice and helpful and the planes are relatively clean...even the bathrooms! I think you will be happy with Jetblue.

Glad to hear good things about Jetblue! I will be flying them in March for the 1st time!
Keep those Jetblue reviews comin'

We have been using JB for a couple years and everyone in our family loves it. The FA's treat you nicely, they only serve snacks and drinks but the do it efficiently and happliy and will allow seconds!! Most markets let you deplane from both the front and back and this speeds up the process - alot.

Rows 13 + have more legroom but only my dh notices the difference, dd's love the TV. Honestly for the price, fair change and refund policy and new clean comfy planes IMHO you can't beat it.

Unfortunately we are moving from a JB market to a SW market - yikes!!

I went with 9 friends last year for a rather high end trip (they paid over $10,000 for the week). Five of them flew from NYC and raved about JetBlue - this from a group which usually travels much more luxuriously than I do, stayed at the GF, and ate at the best restaurants at WDW each day.

They said that the GF didn't meet their expections but JetBlue exceeded them - how's that for a review?

:)

I love JetBlue.

Although the last time I flew to MCO I tried Song just to Compare, and I like Jetblue Better.

They started out in Terminal E in Logan which was the International Terminal, pretty much nothing to do except sit at the gate.

But now since they took over the former Delta Terminal in the C section of the Airport, They have a lot more space.

Song is Good, But Jetblue typically has better prices and there service is better.

Thanks for all the replies & reviews.

I think the only thing that is holding me back from purchasing tix is the fact that the plane will have a connection in JFK and in Jan weather we take the chance that there will be a snowstorm and we'll be stuck. Since we normally take NS flights we are ok unless a snowstorm hits our part of NY.

Hmm, decisions, decisions!
