JetBlue next fare release.....

Anyone know when they will likely open up the next batch of fares? I don't see it anywhere on thier site like SW states their next release date. JetBlue is currently out to 1/4/16. We are looking for fares for Feb 2016. So, whle we normally fly SW, we want to check with JB to see if they will have reasonable fares on their release date.

I usually get an email, I'm a TrueBlue member. I've pretty much lost track of when they open windows. I'm hoping they open they the end of Feb before June. But, who knows.

Since the last window opened on March 15, from Oct-Jan (I think it was late Oct), I would hope they open the next window in June....that would be 7 months to Jan. that seems to be about the right time frame. I think.

Impatiently waiting as I just came back from FL yesterday!

Last year I bought tickets on delta since it was good Friday we were flying on and it was a good price but we had a connection and we flew into Tampa vs Ft. Myers.

I seemed to recall in June or July the jet blue flights came out. They were direct and about $10-$15 more into Ft. Myers. So I am booking jet blue next year.

OP, you could always try asking on their Facebook page. That's what I did prior to the most current chunk of fares being offered for sale (after seeing someone else on their FB page ask for the release before mine), and they were very quick to post a reply with the day they were scheduled to release the extension.

for those of you with a lot of experience with JetBlue (I'm much more familiar with Southwest)...are their fares normally best at the initial release, a la Southwest?

Usually. I have seen a few times when the fares came down after the first day of booking. Most of us book as soon as we possibly can.

If anyone else is wondering...I posted to the FB page asking about when they might be extending the schedule. They responded - rather quicky - to look out for an email that will be going out on May 17.

they only extended through Feb 10. We need Feb 13 - Feb 20 or 21. Guess we'll have to wait another month.
