JetBlue for Thanksgiving

I saw on JB's website that they will extending their schedule this Sunday at noon. Do they stick to that time? Are flights ever available earlier than that? Is it wise to book on the first day of availability?

Last time they extended it took a few min after noon to be able to get the flights. Remember it's noon eastern. I have only seen my flights go up since we booked them.
