JetBlue flight time changed, options?

I purchased our plane tickets to FL back in April for our late oct/early nov trip. I purchased through a third party seller (which I'm kind of regretting now). I just recently realized our JB flight changed about an hour and half. We were originally landing at 11:07pm which was already a bummer, and now we are landing at 12:36am. So I'm wondering if anyone has experience with being able to get rebooked on an earlier flight? Is that time change significant enough? Should I expect extra charges/fees from JB or third party seller? Is it even possible at all since I booked through a different website and not JetBlue?

Thanks in advance!

I believe on JB its a 30 min time change that will get you a free change. Best thing to do it go to the JB website and look at all your flight options and figure out what works best for you. Check for other flights that day or even the next morning if those would be good for you. That way you are prepared when you call them. Call JB directly and deal with them. Don't mention the 3rd party and see if they let you make the change. At best they take care of it. At worse they tell you you have to call the 3rd party and have them make the change. When you say third party seller do you mean something like Orbitz or Expedia?

You will likely have to go through the 3rd party, which, as you realize, is a great reason to never book through 3rd party sites. They do tend to have more fees & worse customer service than dealing directly with the airline. Try & call Jet Blue first, but you're likely to get sent back to the 3rd party site.

I ended up calling JetBlue, with the time difference they waived the fees to rebook. I was able to get a flight earlier in the day, so now we land at 3:30pm which is perfect.

Yeah I purchased them from justfly. I usually book directly through the airline but the prices were too tempting. Now I know better!

Excellent.

Well first the price probably wasn't any better. I've only gotten a better price one time in all these years. Most of the time it's just the same price.

But I'm not sure what you know better, since it worked out just fine for you! :)

I just meant I know better to do my research before buying third party. If you google justfly you'll mostly find horror stories, but yes I'm very glad it all worked out. Now we'll actually have time to enjoy the resort on our arrival day instead of walking in like zombies at 1am!
