I'm new to Jetblue. It just started flying out of Boston a week ago!

I just bought my tickets for August on January 8 and the price dropped today $45 total.

Is there anyway to get a credit or voucher for this? I'll be traveling again in October and if they do give a credit/voucher then I'd be inclined to use them again, if not, then I'll just stick with Song.

Anyone know the answer? I tried their website and couldn't find anything about this topic.

Thanks!

Well, I just couldn't wait for a reply! I called them and it was SO EASY!!

So far I'm loving Jetblue. I'll let you know after our trip in August, if that opinion changes!

She said "no problem" when I told her the price dropped. She did her magic and told me I had a $45 credit to use toward my next trip (which we're going again in Ocotber!).

Then I went and checked on their website and there was the $45 credit! She said when I book a new flight and I get to the credit card page, it will tell me I have a $45 credit and ask if I want to use all of it or only part of it.

It expires after 15 months.

beattyfamily.......that is great!! I almost bought tickets for our October trip after your post about the BOS airfare wars but DH wants to fly JetBlue. After checking a few dates I saw that their lowest rates seem to be $155, I thought maybe I would wait and see if October fares drop a bit. How many tickets did you buy? Is the credit able to be used for just your ticket next time or is the credit spread amongst all your fellow travellers? I think this is going to make it very easy to fly BOS/MCO a lot!!!

I bought 3 so I saved $15 each.

I can used the credit for my grand total. I just log in, buy my tickets and it will tell me I have a credit and ask if I'd like to use it all or only part of it. They don't care if I'm buying one ticket or 4.

Hope this helps.
