Jetblue curbside check in question

For our upcoming flight I went with no checked bags for our family. Now that we're packing I think we will need to check one bag. If I do curbside check in (at Logan, in Boston), can I do that since I'm going to have to pay for the bag? Or will I have to go to the counter?

Not sure about JetBlue and Logan - but I typically have the option of purchasing a checked bag when I do the early online check-in. But I think even with that, I have had to go in and wait in line to actually turn in the bag....

I forgot about online check in. I probably can pay for the bag then. Then I'll try checking it in at the curb. Thanks!

I have done curbside and paid for a bag many times (JetBlue). But not at Logan, I don't think it will be an issue.

We have done curbside at JB/Logan and paid there.. No cash, only CC/Debit was accepted.

Also, the curbside check in guy expects a tip because he has to take your bag inside after you leave it with him. Whether you actually tip is up to you - I'm not trying to start a tipping debate.

Agree, tipping luggage handlers is a tipped position and agree a tip will be expected. Think about it, do you really want to tick the person off that you just gave your luggage to? Luggage handlers is that one position I tend to keep happy.....
