Jetblue cancellation policy

We have reservations thru Jetblue and did the "blue" flights, which allows you to cancel your flights. Does anyone know how far in advance you have to cancel your flights in order to get points put back into your trueblue account?

I believe it’s 7 days prior to your flight, but not positive. I’ve been reading up on this.

“Nonrefundable fare policy

For JetBlue nonrefundable fares, cancellations can be made prior to the scheduled departure. A per-person cancellation fee may apply depending on the date of booking and the fare option selected. Any remaining balance will be placed in a JetBlue Travel Bank credit and may be applied toward future travel.”

The way I understand it, Blue fares are nonrefundable & can be cancelled right up to departure.

note: the fee applies if you booked Blue Basic fares or Blue fares prior to June 2021, I think was the date
