JetBlue baggage fee question

If I book JetBlue as carry on bags can I pay bag fees at the airport if I pack too much? And if so can I pay it for just one passenger if I’m only checking one bag? If I book as checked baggage I have to pay the rate for all passengers and I know we don’t need checked bags for all of us.

Yes, you can add checked luggage to each individual passenger at the check in kiosk.
