I know Jetblue says that child safety seats are checked for free, but does anyone know if I pack 3 booster seats into one large duffle bag (the duffle bag, if used as regular luggage, would be considered oversized by a few inches) , will it still be checked for free? Thanks

We always gate check a booster seat and umbrella stroller. You can gate check, 1 item per ticket. Try putting the 3 booster seats in a duffle bag and the worst they can do is remove them and you would have to put your duffle bag in one of your carry-ons. It probably just depends on who's working at the gate check. In our experience, they are pretty lenient.

Gate checking is definitely an option, but Im hoping to not have to lug all 3 booster seats through the airport.

I understand the desire not to lug, but I would not trust boosters in a duffel as checked luggage.
