Love love love it! Just thought I'd share my latest booking experience.
We have the card through our business. We earned a free flight. So I go to book it for a trip to MCO in October. I see on the website that we can get a free direct coming home, but we'd have to stop on the way down. (That's another cool thing--the fact that you can see which flights you can use it for right on the website.)
So I called the 1-800 number and got an actual human right away.
The free flight is tranferrable, so I was able to split the free flight into two segments--my husband will use one segment to get home from MCO, and I will use the other. We just paid cash to get the direct down there. 
Now if the resorts weren't so darned expensive in October.
