Anyone have any idea about when Jet Blue will release Nov. dates. Although we love Southwest out of Manchester we are bringing our young niece and nephew who did really well with the tvs on Jet blue last year. We are flying over Thanksgiving weekend.

I am also wondering this too. I need flights for Nov. 5 -12, and right now they only have flights listed through Sept. 6.

The next 8-9 weeks should be released within the next month, taking the open schedule up to the beginning of November. The next set, covering until early January, will come out about two months after that. Jetblue will generally have from 9-11 months open for booking. I am waiting for early December(4 & 16), my fear is that they will wait until late Feb. to open until early December, and I will have to book two seperate tickets again.

Does that mean that if only Nov.5 comes out in the next set, and Nov. 12 isn't released until a month or two later, that I should book the 5th when I can and book the 12th separately later, in case prices go up later for the 5th?
Or is it better to wait and book roundtrip?

I book the dates I want as soon as possible. Jet Blue seems to work on a similar system to DCL. The cheapest seats go first. There are sales, but I have found that the flights I want are never included. I have never paid more than 79 per way from Buffalo. I do this by booking on the first day the schedule opens. If your flight $ goes down, Jetblue will give you a credit on same flight savings(eg. same flight you are booked on goes down.) I have only once had both directions of my trip on the same itinerary number.

Unless they hold off the next release, it does look like you might have to book two seperate itineraries, it will spread out the cost at least. They tend to open into only the first week of the month.

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll book the 2 parts of the trip separately.

This is the response I just got from JetBlue when I asked when they would be releasing Nov. flights:

Thank you for your email regarding JetBlue schedules. Because we're busy adding
new flights, new
aircraft and new cities, we've been keeping our schedules short term. We are
trying to spare our
customers the inconvenience of having the schedules change after they have
already purchased their
tickets.

We are currently selling seats through September 6th, 2006. Please check with
us the end of
February or first of March to see if November flights are available for
purchase.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to serving you.

Regards,

Debbie
