I booked my flight earlier this month and now my flights went down $50.00 do they give u a future credit like southwest or r u just outta luck?

They will give you the credit to be used within the year and it is also transferable. Either call them or you may even be able to do it online. I usually call though, great customer service.

Yes they give credit. You must call the 800# & request it. The credit is good for one year.

make sure you call and do not do it on line. If you do it on line you will be charged $25 per ticket for the changes.
