Jet Blue to Long Beach airport...opinions?

We are also big fans of JetBlue and our boys LOVE the tv screens. We bring our own headphones. My DH is 6 ft. tall and found the seats and legroom to be comfortable. We just make sure we put the small personal items under a different seat than his - it works great!

Love JetBlue out of LGB. That is always my first choice when booking flights, if I can get them. They just don't fly everywhere, which is what helps keep the costs down. They also only fly one type of aircraft, keeping maintenance costs lower.

Jet Blue is the best! The Long Beach airport is so fabulous. We fly Jet Blue whenever possible. Renting a car is esay to; the DLR is only about 17 miles away.

We also love Jetblue...it reminds us of teh canadian airlines westjet. The drive time from long beach to disney is about 30 minutes.

If you are going to rent a car there I suggest using priceline, we are going from the 17 to the 27th and got the car for 225.

We fly out of seattle.

What is the drive time from Long Beach to Disneyland?

It won't take long at all. Probably about 30 minutes. It partly depends on the route you choose and DEFINATELY depends on the time of day.

There is some pretty major road construction going on now that you'll have to pass through but they have kept most of the work to the late evenings and overnight, but there have been a few road closures while they work on it and it won't be completed until 2012. This shouldn't scare you off, but you will want to take it into consideration. The shuttle drivers (if you're doing that) will know how to avoid it and if you're renting a car then just ask at the rental counter and they'll tell you if it is going to be a problem or not and what the alternate route may be for you.

We fly JetBlue every time we go to Disney (into LB), and it is AWESOME!! We have always had great experiences with them, and will continue to use them!

Another fan here. And to give your Husband some assurance, my DH is 6'6'' and I am 6'1''. We both love the difference in leg room on Jet Blue. We haven't ever paid for the more leg room seats because the regular ones are wonderful.
