Jet Blue refund for delay questions

We had a 6.5 hour delay Saturday morning on our PVD-MCO flight. They said at the gate they would be giving everyone a $50 voucher. When DH checked his email a day or two later, they had credited his travel bank the full price of his ticket ($100 and change), $100 of another ticket (that one was $160ish and purchased at another time) and nothing for the other 5 that were purchased the same time as his. When he called them, they said all of the refunds should be there. My questions are, where would the others be, who do we call for an answer, and can anyone use my aunt's or just her?

JetBlue has a fairly new program that you can sign family/friends and pool all your points etc.
