JET BLUE BAGGAGE FEES, REFUNDS?

Cancelled flight w/o re-booking, so there are no cancellation fees at the moment and the money goes into a travel bank
I prepaid $120 for 4 bags, that should be refundable, correct? I can't find anything on their website for this and can't get
thru to Jet Blue. If anyone knows please advise

I think it would be. I prepaid seat fees and got those refunded back to the credit cards I used.

How long did it take to appear back on your card? I was told the tax would go into a travel bank but the more comfort upcharge would go to a credit card. Have not seen the credit yet.

I asked for the refund for DH's seat fees/tickets last Monday morning. I received confirmation of the refunds late Monday evening. The money was available to use on the cards by last Thursday morning (so it processed into my account last Wednesday). The travel bank funds for DH's refund took until last Tuesday morning, but they had to make a bank for me (didn't have one previously).

DS and my tickets took about 36 hours to have the refund requests processed, but the funds hit my travel bank right away. I requested the cancellation/refund on the morning of 13th, and everything was completed last night.

They are probably pretty backed up right now, and it's taking some time to wade through the thousands of refund requests. Plus the credit card companies can be slow to process.

If you use a computer they have a chat option that can help. I was able to use it to get my flights cancelled and the funds put in a travel bank that way. In the lower right hand part of the screen should be a blue circle with a text bubble in it. Click on that ans it will bring up a chat window. You may not be able to find it on their main page but if you start to make a reservation click to find flights it should be there.
