Alicnwonderln, the age difference between her and Nick is the same as me and my hubby. I am 27, he is 33. We starting dating when I was 23 when we started dating. So that isn't always a recipe for disaster.

On another note, he could be a real turd to her. He talked down to her a lot. Furthermore, I think he corrupted her.

It's sad when any couple breaks up but they kind of look stupid. All they did was deny deny deny break-up rumors. I know it's their business but hey don't say anything at all then. To deny it then turn around and say yeah we had problems for a long time. Just a few weeks ago Jessica said "We;ll be together forever".

I don't understand why they kept denying that anything was wrong. I just saw them on TV about a week ago saying everything was wonderful. They didn't have to say there were problems but they seemed to go out of their way to say everything was OK when it wasn't.

Interesting that they chose Thanksgiving to announce it.

What a shock!!! A Hollywood marriage that has been literally in the public eye for its entirety is breaking up.

They made their marriage a sham, allowed cameras to film their personal life, spent barely any time together, both have egos the size of New Jersey.

Is anyone actually shocked that this thing is ending??

I'm amazed it lasted as long as it did.
