Jersey Week at Universal, how are the crowds?

I am still trying to plan a vacation for this year. My family is split on wanting to go back to WDW. The girls want to, the boys don't.

We are considering Orlando anyway, but going to Universal & Islands or Adventure, Sea World, and maybe just hitting MK for MNSSHP.

How bad are the crowde during Jersey week? Any tips for planning a trip like this? Are there any discounted tickets that would get us into Universal & Sea World?

We were planning on probably staying at Windsor Hills again (we like a condo because there are 5 of us) are there any condos/ suites hotels closer to Universal & Sea World that are nice & reasonably priced.

We're going November 6-13th, I think this falls during Jersey week or right after. I believe Universal will be busier than usual, not because of Jersey week, but because of Harry Potter. I know so many people going to see that who never would have before.
We are also looking for a vacation home closer to Universal than Disney and not finding much at all. Vista Cay is a nice new condo resort and reasonably priced, but we may need four bedrooms and they only have 3.
Since we'll be going to Universal more than Disney, I don't want to fight through I-4 traffic 40-60 minutes each way. Vista Cay is a couple of miles from Universal.
We may just squeeze into the 3 bedroom for the convenience of being closer...
