It's when N.J. schools have a few days off and everyone heads to WDW to vacation.

I'm just curious. Why is that? I'm not questioning why anyone would go to disney, but how did it happen that so many from jersey go at the same time? I don't think we have a "michigan week". Hmmm....what is it about New Jersey....

It's a teachers in-service day and also NJ teachers convention. It falls every year in November. Schools are closed Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for that and then also Monday for Veteran's Day. So alot of people take advantage of the kids not missing school and head to Florida.

Nor do we have a "Western Missouri/Southern Illinois week" (that I am aware-of, anyway).

As I once lived in New Jersey (through my work), I can attest that a large percentage of the Jersey population definitely have a love affair thing going-on with Disney...

...must be because N.J. is such a small state (70 miles X 150 miles) filled to the rim with 8.5 million people!
