Yesterday i went on comcast on demand and did a 10 min ab workout and 10 min of a cardio kickboxing.

i did the same today..lets hope for some results!

Hi Everyone-
Yesterday was my day off for workouts..I will be doing SOMETHING today, just not sure what..my dad hurt himself somehow and is using the tv that has the comcast on demand on it..I know alot of the moves so i think i will just do them myself so that i get something in..dont want to slack off now!
I will weigh in officially on Sunday so that awill keep me on track for the weekend!
I am going to the movies tonight to see Failure to launch with one of my friends--im planning on brining (aka smuggling in ) grapes or something so i am not tempted by the popcorn or anything like that..
I am babysitting 2 little girls tomorrow for abougt 7 hours, so that will be nice money for me! i also think sunday i am going to go to get travel stuff for my trip and check out bathing suits...im not so happy about that last part but i need to get oen before all the "good " ones are gone...
then its back to school monday (ugh)!!!!

Hey Jen! Good plan with the workout. I've been doing that with the ab workout you tried. I just do the moves myself instead of watching the video.

Have a GREAT time at the movies (don't forget the grapes!) and I'll talk to you over the weekend!

I'm sure your weigh-in on Sunday is gonna be GREAT..you've been working hard!

well...i did the whole weigh in thing this morning ( i always do the morning!!)

140.5!!!!!!!!!!

I am thrilled ,especially because this weekend, *friday and saturday* i did cheat a bit..there was just too many cookies at work friday and yesterday i had an ice cream bar..
But im happy with 140.5!
But everytime i get this close to the 130s, something happens and i stop, so i picked that i need to workout Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this week (and of course, weekend). If you see this, please post asking if i worked out those days--itll make me feel accountable!
i want to get into these 130s!

Also, i told Kim this already, but i tried on a blue dress that i wore in high school--either 2001 or 2002..it fit! there was a little bit of the belly showing, but it f it! i was excited..
i am actually going shopping today for bathing suits and jeans so well see what happens..

and now some more good news for the day..i went shopping at kohls today...tried on some different pair of jeans--I FIT INTO A SIZE 8!!!! they were a bit snug, but nto bad at all ,so i bought them!!1! im so excited! i dont remember the last time i fit into an 8..

PLUS..
I tried on bathing suits...(i hate one piece so gotta do the 2 piece)..i tried on 2 or 3,,and they fit!!! i didnt buy any because i didnt like the colors, but i am a happy girl today!

and i did do the cardio and ab workouts today

hey now...no one ever said anything about cameras being allowed on Saturday!!!!!

Today..has been interesting..i was up til 2:30 (sick!). Went to classes and im having issues with my schedule f or next semester and my advisor isnt helping me...But i just emailed her and if she refuses to help, i am going to have to go to the dean of education dept. and they will have to deal with me hahah...But im home and will get the exercise in right now even if im not feeling all that great...but thanks for the encouragement! i have class tonight but will be around
