Basically, Jenny is a boxed up meal plan for a month. If you do the consult over the phone with them, they take time to talk about your food likes and dislikes, and then, based on that, they send you your meals. And all they are, is microwavable meals. SMALL microwavable meals. You get 3 meals a day plus snacks. The breakfast can be cereal, french toast, muffin or bars. Lunch and dinner is a boxed meal kept either in the freezer or shelf. The box will have a logo to let you know either way. To go with the meals, YOU have to buy all your fresh veggies and fruits. You have to prepare anything else you want/need to go with the meal. You still are required to eat so many servings of each a day. Oh yeah, and drink your water
The cost for all this, I believe I paid inbetween $450 and $600ish. I honestly forget how much it was. That is 1 month. It is not cheap. And then you have to factor in all the fresh veggies and fruit.
I know their commercial says, lose 20 lb for 20 dollars. Right. Program cost is $20. BUT, it's PLUS the cost of food. That is where they get you. So basically, the food cost is just over $100/week. A lot when you still have to buy fresh produce.
As for support, they have someone call you once a week to go over how you are doing. They ask if you have weighed yourself. Have you lost weight. Any challenges. How you are feeling. And whatever else. What you give to them, is what you are going to get out of it. You can BS your way through it!! I totally did

I mean, the food was actually decent, but I found the program just didn't work at all.
The one thing that I found it useful for, in the very beginning, was portion control. they said that what you are eating from them, is what you should eat for 1 meal, portion wise, in carbs and protien. Then add as much produce as you want. It got me on a routine, or stomach routine (??) of how much I was suppose to eat. Now I understand what a plate should look like. Not what I want it to look like. And my stomach understands how much it should be eating. Now, I cook my food. I only make a 'real' portion.
Hope that has answered some of your questions?? Anymore, let me know
