and

was how I felt after visiting the store today - wow!!! What a beautiful store! I hope that they keep it clean and organized because it really makes a difference.
I had dh & the kids waiting for me in the car so I only walked around a little bit. I was there during the "spin the wheel" promotion and got a notebook for free - no big deal but it was fun. I saw a woman doing a demo of the Cricut and another doing cookie decorating.
The scrapbook section is AMAZING and rivals some scrap book stores. I like how they have some things organized by events like Christmas, Halloween, Weddings, etc. And I couldn't get over the amount of paper packs and single sheets of paper - wow! I will go back when paper is on sale as there were several sheets I really liked - but not enough to buy at $.99 & $1.99/sheet.
I found I couldn't go directly to the scrapbook section so I first went off to the right and checked out the frame section - the framing section itself is quite nice! I then slowly made my way over so I could take it all in. At the other store there was such a limited selection so you were through the sb area in no time. In the new store it takes a while to see everything.
They were giving away 50% off one item coupons so I bought the Martha Stewart scoring board - reg. price $19.99. I also got a free Michael's tote bag when I checked out.
Again, I will go back when I don't have people waiting in the car for me and I have more time to look around at everything. (I am not into beading but I did notice they had quite a large collection)
The only bad thing I could bring up is that the parking lot is not the greatest - but no big deal - it was just crowded today due to the opening.
