Jellyrolls?

OK this may not be the right board for this, but after all of the chat about your recent visit there at DISCON1 i thought that you lot would be the best people to ask.

Ive never even heard of jellyrolls before you all went away, please fill me in. What / where is it?

Jellyrolls is a bar on the Boardwalk - featuring "Dueling Pianos." It's a great place to sing along with the piano players, and people make song requests. Sometimes people have a little TOO much to drink, and do very strange things! Be sure to bring your digital camera when you go.....it may pay for your next vacation!!!

Jellyrolls is located at the end of the Boarwalk complex at the Boardwalk hotel. It is located near the end closest to the Swan and the Dolphin.

What it is?
It is a dueling piano bar. There are two bars on each side of the room. and in the middle a small stage with two pianos. The two players take request all night and get the audience involved in the fun..We danced and had a blast there during DIS con...I reccommend it!

The only negative thing I can say about Jellyrolls, we had a great time, is that it is very smokey.. and if you do not smoke, it can be very difficult to get through.. One would think there would be a way to filter smoke out for the non smokers, but I did not see it..

I missed the Jellyrolls meet this time but want to do it next year. My family goes every trip since we are DVC members at the BW. You are right about the smoke. We go early but it does not take long to get smokey. The other thing is that they fill up fast and need more tables. If you do not get there early enough (at least in the summer) you do not get a spot. The Music is wonderful though and we always have a great time. It is the only time I do not mind my Mom's singing because it is so loud in there she gets drowned out.LOL
