According to the Disney site and Allears, it looks like Jellyrolls is 21 and up only.

Yes you definitely have to be 21 years old to even get into Jellyrolls. They don't serve food (other than popcorn) so unfortunately, it's not like going to a restaurant/bar. Sorry, it's so much fun and when she is 21 I'm sure she will love it!!

In Disney I don't think you are going to find any bar that is under 21. You are better off looking for a bar/restaurant.

If you want a fun bar to go to with DD you can check out the bar at 50's Prime Time Cafe. Its always an interesting time in that place.

And of course you can drink around Epcot and watch the bands.

There really aren't many bars left in Disney that aren't restaurants!

We went to Raglan Road last year and we were able to sit in the table area right in front of the stage, and listen to music and watch the clog dancers.

The bar was right next to it, so we split up our group that way. They served fantastic appetizers.

House of Blues might be an alternative for you.

Elliott Dyson plays Jazz at Scat Cat Lounge in POFQ or you can see Yehaw Bob at POR in the River Roost Lounge.
