Jelly Rolls on New Year's Eve

Anyone ever been? Do they do anything special? On a related note, do they jack up admission charges like at PI? Was it especially crowded?

Friends and I were considering doing this, then viewing midnight fireworks from the Boardwalk, would appreciate any input anyone has.

Last year, they gave out party hats and horns, and everyone got a free (small) glass of champagne at midnight. The cover charge was higher than normal (I think last year's was $20), but it was a lot of fun.

It is a blast, but plan on getting there early. The bar filled to capacity by 9:30 or so last NYE (bar opens at 7PM).
