I used to have a recipe where you used (I think) a basic sugar cookie dough, rolled it pretty thin, squared it, spread jam around it, rolled it and cut it into slices, then baked.

I can't remember if it actually was a basic sugar cookie recipe, and how long/hot to bake it.

Anyone have a similar recipe they'd like to share?

TIA!

Anne

I've never seen a recipe like that but it sounds really good! :teeth: I used to get something similar from a bakery when I first got married, but I haven't seen them since. Those were triangular and the cookie part was a smoother texture than a typical cookie.

Anyway, I'm subscribing to this in case someone turns up a recipe for you. ;)
