JC Penney Arizona brand. Often they will go on sale. Some have the adjusters also.

This is what I buy for my son also. They have slims up to a size 18. I never understood why most places stop at 12, they expect the boys to gain a ton of weight overnight?

If he is really thin, the adjustable waist doesn't help that much. To get them to fit my son when he was a 13/14 I'd have to sinch them in so much they just looked baggy and silly. He is almost big enough now for Levis with waist length sizes but even those I will have to order online because most stores don't carry the 28's.

Well I ended up getting him 3 of the Gap original fit jeans online for $43 with 25% off and then free shipping. I will definitely keep the other places in mind though if these don't work out.
