Southern California Jay Leno Tonight Show taping

I would like to hear from anyone who has attended a taping of the Tonight Show recently. I just requested tickets for 6/19 or 6/21. The Wednesday show has a time of 2:30 PM and the Friday show says 1:30 PM. After filling out the request it says you will receive an email letting you know if any tickets are available. Thanks for any insight you can provide!

• How long did it take to get your email?
• Is the time listed the time the taping starts?
• How long before the taping did you show up?
• Would you say it was worth it?

In case anyone is interested to know; I got an email today with confirmation of show tickets for the date of my first choice! It took a week exactly from when I requested them.

It says the time of the taping is 4:00 PM and arrival time should be no later than 2:45. I'm thinking we should maybe arrive an hour or two before that just to be sure.

If anyone has any tips for us it would be greatly appreciated!
