Jaws and spiderman?

is it true that universal and ioa will be shutting down jaws completely except during the busy seasons, and even then it will be shorter?? i also heard that spiderman is taking out its pyrotechnic parts??? are these things true, cause if so im sad!!!

Jaws is currently closed, expected to open only for the busy holiday season, and then I believe in January. In January, I think it may be back to full-time, but I'm not sure. How can they make it shorter? That doesn't make sense to me.

Sometimes the fireball in Spider-man works, sometimes it doesn't. They did seem to have it turned off a few weeks back, but last time I rode it, it was working. I doubt they'd get rid of that effect on a permanent basis.

The fireball wasn't working on Spidey last week. I asked a member of staff about it and was told they'd turned it off to save energy. I didn't even realise they could do that. I told them it was a shame as it's a great effect but, apparently, when the park is quiet, they do turn certain effects off.

The effects on Spiderman were just off temporarily. I have heard of no plans to turn it off completely. All effects are working right now.

Right. We rode Spiderman last night at HHN and everything worked perfectly.
