Not sure about the video, but DVD's are generally released about 8 months after the theatrical release of a film. I would look for it between Feb. and March of 2002 unless they really rush it for X-Mas which I doubt will happen. Some of the early reviews I've read, say this film (action wise) may top the first one. That would be cool.

The DVD is scheduled for a December 11th release....so I guess the VHS at the same time... got this info off
