They are three completely different restaurants.

Tempura Kiku offers tempura style food full service.

Matsu No Ma Lounge is primarily a lounge although they have a limited sushi menu there, again, full service.

Yakitori House is basically the Japanese version of fast food. It's counter service and offeres terriyaki meats and seafoods, as well as soups, rice, etc.

The lounge is a great place to relax and watch the view, or even Illuminations. I've had lunch watching the characters below. It's usually a much quieter option.

The Yakitori House is Japanese 'fast food', which is very good, and there is quiet seating behind in the outside area - a great place to relax as well, especially at night when its dark, and the lanterns are lit!

Enjoy!

You can view Illuminations from the Lounge, but they don't pipe in the music and it can be quite hard to hear. Also if there are people standing along the railing outside they'll be blocking a lot of the view.
