Japan - Candlelight Processional

I'm not having much luck finding info on this. We have never done Candlelight Processional, and we're considering eating in the Japan restaurant that's not the cook-at-your-table steakhouse. We're eating at the one that has more sushi, etc. I understand that you get an appetizer, entree and desert. How does that work at the sushi restaurant? Is one 8-piece sushi order an entree? That's not a lot of food. Please help.
 
They offer a handful of Entree's on the menu. You can look the menu up online for Tokyo Dining.

I did check the menu, hence the question about sushi. Do 2 pieces of yellowtail nigiri sushi or 5 pieces of Pagoda Roll count as a complete entree?
