January Exercise Challenge!

45 min run tonight brings me to 275/800

Can't wait to see everyones colors tomorrow when I update the front post.

I'm just on a runners high right now. Finally. Finally after two months of recovery and rebuilding, my run felt "normal" and "good" tonight. Yeah!

Good luck to any racers this weekend in the disney marathon/half/5k! I have a friend doing the half for the first time and I'm so excited for her.
 
I added another 145 minutes at the Y so far this week. Raise me up to 245/800

I was able sweat out at 30 minute walk in the humidity yesterday. That brings my January total to 403/1300. Yippee!!!:banana:

Ran away from home for the first time today. Where we live doesn't have any good routes to run that are longer than 20 minutes (and that's two laps!).

I was a little nervous, but I think I will feel ok doing it again. I am more interested now in getting one of those RoadID things and/or a belt to stash phone, ID, cash, etc. in.

What belts do y'all use? I'm looking at the SPIbelt OR the Flipbelt.
