Taking advantage of the kids ticket offer for our trip in January. I’m debating adding park hopper because historically Disneyland has had better afternoon/evening things to do/see (for us) than DCA. But in late January (23/24) what is typically on for parades, fireworks, etc??

Fireworks only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

World of Color should be nightly.

There may or may not be any parades. It’s possible Magic Happens might come back by then but Disney hasn’t announced when it will return.

Wasn't much happening last January but we still got the Hoppers just to have the freedom of jumpin' to the other park if the mood struck us.

I haven't been in Jan before, but will be this next year so I've been looking at this as well.

In addition to what has already been mentioned, there will be the Lunar New Year celebration in DCA with a themed magical march/parade/procession, new merch, special outfits for characters, themed food, etc. So that should be fun as well! If it keeps the same dates as last year, your family will be there for it.
