January AP hotel rates

If they have them, when could I expect AP hotel discounts for Jan 08 to come out? I'm sure it won't be for a quite some time, just wondering.
Also, can anyone tell me what the discounts have been in the past?

This year they were/are:
Travel dates: 1/1/07-2/14/07. Discounts are $23 off per night at Value resorts ($59/night), $46 off per night at Moderate resorts ($99/night) and $80 off per night at Deluxe and DVC resorts.
They were released November 1.
