We are also flying into FLL on Saturday afternoon. I booked us a room at the Comfort Suites in Miami. Free breakfast and free transportation to the port - can't go wrong there. I got a referral for a limo to take us from FLL to the hotel too. We usually cruise out of Port Canaveral so I'm nervous not knowing the area.

I have booked our son, daughter in law and two grandchildren, Madison 4 years old and Dylan will be 8 yrs. old. They are also taking their kids out of school for a week. We (my hubby and I, Grandma and Grandpa) are also going along.... we have booked adjoining balcony's for both of us. We are going to Disney World for 5 days before this cruise and have one night in Miami as well. This will be our 3rd Disney Cruise..... we have been on Magic and Dream. Is anyone interested in the "fish extenders"..... we did it last cruise and the kids loved it. We live in Canada but Grandpa and I winter in Fort Myers Fl.

We are very close to booking...great rates for IGT, OGT, VGT...cannot decide which.

We are celebrating NYE in WDW, driving from Ohio, and figure this would be a reason to enjoy some nice weather! Looking forward to meeting some fellow Disboarders. We are senior citizens, it will be my 12th DCL cruise!

This will be our first Disney cruise, and we are very excited! I am travelling with 8 other people (my husband, 3 year old son, in-laws, cousins and their two children who are 3 years and 11 years old).
I was really hoping to participate in a Fish Extender as well. If anyone planned on organizing one, please let me know! With two months to cruise date, we do not have a lot of time left to plan and prepare

If there is anyone interested in joining a Candy Exchange, I am happy to organize one here on the Disboards. We use the Fish Extenders to deliver candy of local or regional interest. I keep the numbers between 8-12 in each group whenever possible, so no one gets a sugar overload.

I joined my first CE on the EBTA in 2013, and since then I have participated in 3. We have enjoyed special chocolates from Nebraska, salt water taffy from various NJ shore areas as well as from Salt Lake City! We have had Apple themed candy from New York City. From Mississippi on our last cruise someone gave Cheese Straws, not candy, but a regional snack, that's fine. Many more ... Found out where cotton candy was invented! Each person gives a short history of the treat, usually gotten from the Internet!

It does not have to be a large group, if there's a few, I will still organize...I think it is fun, to deliver and receive!

Post here, or PM me. I will keep an updated interest list. I do not have a cabin number yet. I will keep the interest list up to December 20...Final list to everyone before the 23. If you do not have enough posts here to PM me, you only need 10 posts, so say a little on lots of posts until you reach 10!

Just booked and IGT! Excellent rate and I am soooooo excited! I also requested to join the FB page too! LOL. I am intrigued by the candy FE and living near hershey PA, I have a lot of of options LOL. Is it too late? it will be myself and my college age son (still on break) ...glad to see we have some other college age kids. he is skeptical about having fun without access to the teen club and video games, but I told him they do do some organized college age stuff. We will turn platinum this cruise! I am soooo excited! have a placeholder for oct 2015... But i could not make it till then lol

I am not taking the place of a FE exchange. Some do both. This is usually a smaller number of total people, and I keep the group's small.

We have had CE participants from Hershey area before, and they included types of kisses I had never seen before!

DH turns Platinum on this cruise! I already am, and was able to book Palo for Pirate night, Monday night!
